The Ben Franklin Bridge at Night

So after visiting IKEA yesterday evening I decided to stop underneath the Ben Franklin Bridge and take some pictures. I've been experimenting using the "Shutter Priority" setting on my camera. I guess it's baby steps towards full manual. Basically, I choose the exposure time and then the camera picks the ideal aperture to match my shutter speed. Here are some details on the photo:
Shutter Time: 8.000s
Aperture: f/25.0
Focal Length: 26.00 mm
ISO: 800

The 8 seconds made the headlights of the cars driving by come out quite nicely.
More pictures of the bridge can be found here.

Spring Has Arrived

Not exactly high quality photography, but I decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather today in Philadelphia and walk around Pennypack Pack. I snapped a few shots with my iPhone. Not too bad for a cell phone camera. Here's a couple.

The Old Days of Digital

The first digital camera that I had was a Canon S100 2.1 Megapixel camera. It was small and portable and took decent shots for websites or 3x5's. Here's an example from a trip to the island of Ios in Greece.
